Please note that refunds and returns MUST be completed through the original website or store in which the purchase was made. We are unable to initiate this process on your behalf.
If still within the return window, replacements due to damage or missing parts should also be submitted as refunds/returns to the original website or store. The purchaser may also file a claim for products shipped via FedEx or UPS if they are damaged during transit.
