Please note that refunds and returns must be completed through the original website or store in which the purchase was made. We are unable to initiate this process on your behalf. For product replacements due to damage, etc., please use the form below.

    How to locate your order number:

    • Packing slip: top left corner

    • UPS shipments: bottom left corner of the box label and starts with letter A or H

    • FedEx shipments: middle of the box label, below the city and state and starts with letter W or L

    For Amazon orders, please provide the 9 character number that is located on the bottom of your shipping label (next to the ship date). This will be the best way for us to find the order in our system (NOT the order number that Amazon provides).
